Recently I installed w10 aniversary update, clean instalation, and i tried to run TMO, and for my surprise... it works fine :o whith the standar vga graphycs adapter instaled whith the SO, the problem came when I updated to HD graphycs, didn´t work anymore :(

So, the problem is the standar vga just have the 1024x768 resolution max :?

For the moment i will keep the W7 partition to games and the w10 for the rest.

Sorry my english, I´m argentine

You can make TrackMania Original work with any PC configuration by using a DirectX wrapper. The WineD3D libraries are basically DirectX wrappers, which you can download from this website here:

http://adolfintel.com/?p=wined3d/index.frag

All that you need to do is extract the right .dll files into your TrackMania Original directory and there will no longer be a white screen showing up.

DLL's required for TrackMania Original
- d3d9.dll
- libwine.dll
- wined3d.dll

Use a DirectX wrapper, as mentioned above. If that doesn't work, then you may have to try something else.

To use a DirectX wrapper, you have to copy certain DirectX .dll's (Dynamic Link Libraries) which provide 3D graphic capabilities.
Technical Explanation:
Due to DirectX changing over the years, wrapping old programs that use older versions of DirectX to render, you can make any DirectX application work once again (but with the latest DirectX version).
Download Dege's well-known DirectX wrapper here:
http://www.dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/dg ... 55_4_1.zip

1. Extract the contents from the .zip file into TrackMania's installation directory.
2. Extract all the .dll's from the MS folder into the same directory as TrackMania.
3. Run dgvoodooCpl.exe as Administrator (important!). T here will be a warning with Windows Defender, click 'More info" and then "Run Anyway".
4. Once dgvoodoo is open, click the .\ slash to select the current directory (top of the window).
5. TrackMania should work (if you did everything right)

If you need help, just feel free to ask any questions.

You mean dgvoodooCpl.exe. You have to extract the files from the .zip file, which contains the dgvoodooCpl.exe file.

Download dgvoodoo2 from here: http://dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/dgVoodoo2_55_4_1.zip
Extract (copy) the contents of the .zip file to the game's installation folder.
Copy all files from the MS folder into the game's installation folder.
Run dgVoodooCpl.exe as Administrator.
Click the '''[.\]''' button below the banner.
Change General settings according to your hardware.
Under the DirectX tab, choose a NVIDIA graphics card to replicate.
Tick "Fast Video Memory Access"
Click Apply.

You downloaded the dgVoodoo22_55_4_1.zip file, right?
Make sure you have file extensions enabled in Windows. To show file extensions, go to File Explorer and go to the "View" tab near the window title bar and then tick "File name extensions".
