How to change the mod of many tracks done?

I have about 1000 tracks and would like to change the mod of all tracks, I know it is possible using the Ctrl button, but it would take too long. What I want to know is if I have to modify the files gbx to change the mod, or if there is a program that already do this.

You can't simply binary-replace strings in a challenge file unless the new string you put in is exactly the same length as the old one.
Mod paths are stored in the XML chunk in the Header area, but I'm not sure whether they aren't also stored in the binary Data area. If a mod consists of multiple paths and multiple URLs, a binary-replacement of all relevant strings is nigh-on impossible. You'd need a program that understands the challenge structure and can modify it at that level. Like Bane said, such a program doesn't exist AFAIK.
