There are some free Coder who have coded some plugins for TM2 for here own Servers individual. If you see something on a server what you dont see in a offiziell Thread so ask an Admin from the Server whether they give you this Plugin.

Until MX support becomes available, you can download maps manually into .../UserData/Maps/Downloaded/ and use /admin addlocal.
