TrackMania for Wii discloses today more of itself through a new series of screenshots, perfectly capturing TrackMania's spirit: fun races on numerous spectacular tracks, alone or with friends, and an incredible editor to create your own tracks!

Using your Wiimote and your Nunchuk, your gamepad or your Wii Wheel, drive racing cars at incredible speeds on spectacular tracks full of ramps, loops, turbo boosts, and other crazy track-blocks. Race on more than 200 tracks divided into six environments (for as many types of gameplay), and numerous game modes: race, platform, and even puzzle!

While not as crisp and attactive as the PC version, it still looks and feels like Trackmania. I also like the new scenic objects (ballons, lighthouses) on show

Is there a firm release date for Europe/UK yet?

Looks great! The only thing that really bugs me is that they are always using the old rally car (Renders, Wii, etc)... did they not save the newer one?

I've seen a couple release dates. 2 have come and gone. Newest one is late December 2010.

Newest release I saw was on the HMV website - 24th september

Well thats a bit of a bummer, i was hopeing to use this as an excuse for some time on the sofa before TM2 arrives ...Hopefully this will arrive before or i will end up not bothering to get it (as i will be on TM2 24/7 )
