Ok ... If you can't see other players custom cars then alter your Config and P2P to allow it.

You must have TMUF to show your custom car (I know you have TMU :D ).

If the car you're looking at is a greay Stadium car then the custom car hasn't loaded yet.

To speed up the loading of your custom car ... first find a 'hotlinking' website like Fileden and upload your car zip fileto it before creating a .loc file to to put in the same folder as the car file is in on your pc.
