It's nice to see that you are not trying to hide that these map pickings were fixed
Official regulations state:
1- The length must be approximately 1 min – 1 min 30.
I guess this rule is non excistant? 4 out of the 5 maps have Author Times
under 1:00 and it isn't just 1 second, but 5 seconds in most of these tracks! Also they should they be driven consistently at times way under 1:00!
Now what marks my suspicion the most is the following:
As quoted above, the OFFICIAL
regulations state this rule about the length of the tracks. This should make trackbuilders either create or pickout tracks which should meet these regulations. HOWEVER
how is it POSSIBLE
out of the 5 ( 80%!!
) of the tracks don't meet this regulation! Why would a trackbuilder even send in tracks if they don't meet the regulations! This smells like this has been setup/fixed or maybe some of the trackbuilders were part of picking? This is way too suspicious.
I am going to train these maps, as I have to, but I can't understand how such organisation can let things like this happen. ESWC already has a mixed opinion for most people with it's past but acts like these certainly shows that it is still quite an unprofessional happening.
These are just my two cents on this matter.
