In Xaseco, the placements are calculated with -75, 25, 0 etc, is there some kind of grid that can help me with placements instead of trial and error?

Still haven't found anything that will help with my positioning problem. I am trying to find out the coordinates for example the centre of the screen and what is the highest number it goes up to. (What coordinates are the top, bottom, left, right, corners, centre, etc.
