ACTIVATION CODE !!! SUCKS

i had the game for a few days and decided to get it for my kids also
so i bought 3 accounts online
and i unistalled my own game to activate the 2 new ones for my kids

after being sure it was activated with the right emails an passes
i tryed to re-install my own game
but bad luck
the activation server would not accept my code anymore bcouse i installed it 3 times already
that was correct becouse i had also a fresh windows install and did it 3 times

now i try to get a new code to play and im waiting 24 hours , send mails to 3 diffrent supportsites
and still no reaction !!!!

i wonder ho long it can take and if its normall that nadeo decide how many times i reinstall my game \
i fuc*ng BOUGHT the game i dont rent it do i ?

i hope i get a responce today or i have to disapoint my kids and retyurn all 3 the games
becouse this way it SUCKS !!!!

my both kids are playing now , and im waiting for my **** code !!!

is this what they call 24/7 support ? 24 minutes a week ?

p.s. sorry im so pisssed !!

ok, almost none of that made any sense to me. If you bought 3 copies why did you need to uninstall it on your PC ... and re-install Windows 3 times?

ok here i go again

i bought the game , played it 2 days

my kids want it also

i buy 2 more games

i UNINSTALL my own game (reg cleaned it)

install one of the 2 new ones to activate with correct mail and passes (kids are 7 and 8 so i better do that i thought)

then i uninstalled the game again

installed the 3th game
activated that one

and then i tryed to install my own one again and didnt work

activation server did not accept becouse i activated it already 3 times

and why should i excplain why i install my indows 3 times ?
if i want to do that every day thats my choice !!

i just want to REactivate my own game so i can play with my kids

and i mailed the support site but didnt get any reply yet (more than 24 hours now)

i hope this is a bit more clear to you
and hope you can help me out what to do becouse the support of this game stinks bigtime

That makes some more sense - to make sure I understand you, you have one computer in your house and re-installed the game twice with the same activation code to create new online logins, even though you've bought more activation codes anyway, and now you need a new code. Is that correct?

Of course its your perogative to re-install Windows whenever you like, I just don't see why you would want to do it 3 times in a row. I do always try to help others with problems, its just that in your instance I don't/didn't understand why or what you've done ... I hope that by understanding I may be able to help, or it might aid someone else reading the thread to understand and help you.

I'm sorry I don't have a phone number, but I've never been in that much of a hurry to get support for a game ;) Have you checked in the manual?

i have 5 computer in my house

but my kids are to young to do it themsellf

so i bought and activated them on my own computer before i installed it on their computers

those 2 games work now (with 1 more activation left on both accounts)

but my game WONT anymore becouse i installed it , redid windows ,installed it again ,
unintalled it again to activate the 2 other accounds

and then it didt work no more

i dont have a problem with the game , its great ....

i think the problem is the REPLY from the support
it takes WAY to long before you get a mail back

thats what sucks and they prommised 24/7 support

Ahhh, now I get it! That makes sense. Have you checked for a phone number in the manual?

When it comes to doing anything regarding my son's computer I do the work on his rather than using mine and then transferring it ...

Next time you want to make a new account with a bought key, you don't need to re-install game.
You can just click "Configure" in the launcher then change "Use single profile" to "Use multiple profiles".
This will allow you to make new online accounts without re-installing. Is this what you needed to do?

Fred, it's much more probable to receive a forthcoming response if you keep your speech at a decent level. Please understand that none of us (mere players) did anything wrong to you and it's a bit hostile to ask us to read through a multitude of lines containing the F word. Nadeo explicitly stated that the electronic version allows for 3 reinstalls/reactivations; and THAT IF YOU NEED MORE, you have to contact them and explain why. This is more than anything else a defense against fraud - because if the number of activations from a single key was unlimited, chances are some people wouldn't even notice that their activation code has been stolen by some hacker and is being sold or passed on the internet without knowing.

Nadeo will certainly let you use your key several more times if you ask them to and provide a meaningful explanation.
