My Server is only joinable on LAN !!

Hi all .
I created a server and it works but it is only joinable on LAN .
How to make it to an internet server ?.

My server is [FMM] and in Denmark .
I hope someone can help me with my server .

use this tutorial:

and open your ports 2352 TCP+UDP and 3452 TCP+UDP
