That looks like you don't have the "curl" module running in php 5.

Here's the first version of my stats bar - Thanks to Alemba for some of the gfx which I've incorporated from the old TMN userbar.

What do you think?

just a minor detail that should off been added:

In the folder of PHP you have two .dll's

Copy the libeay32.dll and the ssleay32.dll to the System32 folder on your Windows pc. This way the opensll error goes away.

Another thing fufi uses and will almost be gone is the register_globals.

According to http://nl2.php.net/register_globals

Code: Select all

Warning
This feature has been DEPRECATED as of PHP 5.3.0 and REMOVED as of PHP 6.0.0. Relying on this feature is highly discouraged
So dont know if there will be a new one.

Overall im happy with the fetcher. :D:D:D

Code: Select all

tmnforever is nations and united makes it special. tmnforever has united. I need united!

good point w1lla - of course this can be avoided by simply putting the config file code directly into the tmfdatafetcher class file rather than having it in a seperate file.

It's a bit different, but I will try to get rid of that stuff in the next version. ;-)

Nation Flag: "; echo '
'; echo" Homezone: $info->homezone
Zone Path: $info->zonepath
Account Type: $info->accountType
Skillpoints: $info->skillpoints
Skillrank: $info->skillrank
Worldrank: $info->worldrank

Nationrank: $info->nationrank
Homezonerank: $info->homezonerank
"; echo 'Nation Flag Big:
'; echo 'Homezone Flag Big:
'; echo ''; // var_dump($info); } ?>

Have a look at finnbee's posts in this topic he kinda sorted it out somehow and the error looks pretty similar to yours.

The only thing that can cause the problem is the ssl configuration on my server, i checked and double checked, the rest is ok. ssl is something i know nothing about so i havent got the slightest idea of how to configure. Is there a port that needs to be opened/forwarded for ssl?

Goto ur httpd.conf
search: LoadModule ssl_module modules/mod_ssl.so
and remove the breaket infront of the sentence
From:
#LoadModule ssl_module modules/mod_ssl.so
To:
LoadModule ssl_module modules/mod_ssl.so

Save the file and restart Apache.

Have Phun.

Thank you for replying.
If thats all i have to do, my problems dont originate in the ssl, as i have allready removed the bracket.
httpd-ssl has to remain as it is as default in apache 2.2.11?

EDIT
After a full night of selfeducation on ssl i can assure that all is ok there.
It is now possible to reach my webserver on https.
curl is activated and well installed.
register globals is on.
i'm on the latest versions of apache and php.
still it won't work for me :(
i even made a php5.ini, just in case...
i really am lost now, still having the same error as above.

EDIT
After some good sleep solutions allways come.........
It was so simple that i totally overlooked it.
Just had to tell apache that the script is php.....
changed <? in the beginning of the scripts in <?php and it works..... :lol:

Mmh... weird, I just checked my php configuration because i wanted to see what all this register-globals stuff is about and realized that 'register-globals' is 'Off' on my test server, so it shouldn't be needed for the script to run...

Hi Fufi,

I'm using the Fetcher atm and it's working well.
I have changed some things (not in the fetcher itself) but since a few minites the nickname's are doing weird.
I get weird characters... You can find it here:
Intense Clanstats

Do you have a idea what the problem is?
