Been playing the freeversion of TM on and off for the past 4 years now, despite being on and off it was nice playing.

Today I come back to find this freezone thing, can't say it's a happy welcome back for me.

In this way I don't find the game fun anymore especially when from time to time I have to be a spectator.

Regretfully I'll just uninstall the game because it isn't fun anymore to me.

Also, after some research I can't find any comments from Nadeo regarding freezone. Which leads me to believe that they don't care about the community as they once did.

Regards,

A very frustrated racer.

I think it is safe to conclude now that this is the end of TM as we are used to know it. The significant decline in online players and servers is continuing. It is basically the "hardcore" clans and players that are active practicing on tournament tracks and maybe inbetween drop in to a ranked server (if they dont get tired of searching) to work a little on the LP's.

And look what they did this for..... TM2 Canyon. A **** game without a stadium-environment that is the base for the sucess of Nations/forever. It is really questionable if this was a smart move, as after all of this, TM still averages +/- 10K players online last 24 hrs and TM2 has "only" +/- 2K players.

I think this will go down in history as a perfect example on how to kill your own business, great move Nadeo and Ubisoft, we salute you!!!

I direct your question to nadeo mainly in terms of increasing the number of slots to more than 40, because our server is often full and many players can not input.Czy any plans to increase the number of slots to more than 40?Our server is very popular among players and a limited number of slots to 40 multi-player is losing tym.I question other players what you say in order to increase the number of slots to more than 40?

it looks like the Nadeo guys are mostly hanging around in their new forum: http://forum.maniaplanet.com/index.php so perhaps there's a better chance to get a reply from someone like Florent if you make a topic there.

We need to talk to the Trackmania Canyon guys. Since that's the only thing the developers care about atm. Talk to all your friends with tm canyon and let's organize something.

from NADEO Implement the freezone, chinese players Gradually reduced, and now almost no one to play, not the server。
Is strongly recommended Cancel freezone

They can still add servers in favourite, or click the "AFK" button on some FreeZone servers (or type /afk) at the end of each race before returning to player. ;)
And BTW I think that guy loves his country more as any other nation in the world, maybe he has only Chinese buddies :o (I love France too but I have German or Romanian buddies for example).
