A glitch stickers

Is it already known that the stickers always glitch out when you save the Paint.net formats it or is it happening just for me? It's very annoying since you need to repaint stickers every time and it happens with both TMUF-TMNF-TM Classic-TM2 is so glitchy

Games before TM2 are no longer updated. For TM2, this is the appropriate forum (or a subforum thereof).
