In another post you have problems with downloading a car from CP, how should we interpret this?

@Pastis: if you want a good skin you should choose somebody who doesn't "paint" the skin ingame.
The best result you get by creating skins with external programms e.g. Photoshop/Gimp/Paint .net

Well, I've got some idea for cars of Coast, Island and Bay environments (TMS). You take the default diffuse skin of the cars found in "GameData/Vehicles/Media/Texture/Image" (but you must have TMS), you save it in PNG in another place, then you edit it with Photoshop or any other image editor, then save in DDS, and then you put it in a .zip file in the folder "Skins/Vehicles/CarCommon" (or StadiumCar or anything else).

Wait! U copy the originally skin by nadeo or u create a similary one?

I copied the original one and then I add some things to do like a silver medal.
Then a work with Photoshop (DemiGold car) :

Here I used some tools from Photoshop to mix Silver/Gold background.
