Hi,
Yesterday (sunday 09/22/13) I played on a 100k ROC server for the first time. I found the competiton to be quite hard, but I was able to collect 394 ladder points, totalling 90394 points yesterday.
When I logged on today (monday) I lost 700 points, totalling 89694 points. I already know that ladder points are recalculated on monday. What I don't understand is how I will be able to climb the ladder if they always substract 700 points? For example: if I do better next sunday and collect 800 points I will have 90800 points next sunday and only 90100 next monday...
Thx in advance for any help.

Re: Ladder points substracted on mondays
It's not always -700 it depends on how much the first and all the others gain.
with 90600 you are likely to stay >90k
with 90600 you are likely to stay >90k

Ok, thx for answering. But could you explain the ladder point ranking system a bit more, since I'm curious how it works?

Re: Ladder points substracted on mondays
It's pretty complex so I'll explain only the top100 side
Let's say top1 after roc has 101200 (player A)
And top101 has 90500 (player B)
player A lose 1200 and gets 100k on monday
player B lose 500 and gets 90k on monday
all those between A and B lose proportionally
Example the 50th (midpoint) will lose (1200+500)/2=850
idk if it's precisely like this but it usually works. lol
