Please do not double post and send a PM! That's not required, I get a notice if someone answer in one of my postings.
Anyway, your Problem has nothing to do with PHP/7.x or this plugin. It's just you who forgot to copy the file "plugin.personal_best_medals.php" into the folder "plugins".... as it was written in the install documentation: https://www.undef.name/XAseco1/Personal ... hp#Install

everything works I had a bug in plugins.xml unnecessary space inserted
