Check the path to the soundfile ... only "http://127.0.0.1/" seems to be not enough. ;)

I have try "http://127.0.0.1/music/Song.ogg" but there is the same error.

You should not try ... u should know where you put the soundfiles.
You must set the FULL path to the soundfiles.

I know where is the song.ogg.
If the song is in www.example.com/song/song.ogg then:

http://127.0.0.1 ist not an official URL. It is only for internal calls. Take the external IP where the Server ist running. And if this IP is change every 24 Hours make a DNS-Acc like Dyndns and typ this into the URL-String.
