First, a stupid question...
the file core.class.php exists in /home/a3505216/public_html/rem/includes/, correct?

Second, who is the owner of the file structure, and what is the username used to launched the script? (i.e. how did you import the files on the server, and is it using the same account as used to launch the script?)

What I meant is: have the files been created by the same login as the one under which the script is being launched?

or asked differently, did you use your personal login to ftp and unzip the files, but used a dedicated user login (different to your personal login) to launch the script?
(the reason for asking is because it seems php is not allowed to read that file)

ok, that's what I was suspecting.

I'd suggest to chmod 774 on all files, and 775 on cache and xml files, to give read access to all files, and read write specifically to the xml and cache.
(you probably could get away with 744 and 755 though)

The other option I think would be to change owner and group of the files to the webuser, www-data assuming standard apache setup with chown command if you are only using the web part of RCP

Good to here you managed to get the web page to work. For the access, it looks like you have a firewall / router which is blocking incoming connection...

i did it :D
thank you a lot,

but isnt it un safe to make wholefiles 777?

--------------------------------------------
and one more question i make it on localhost, and give acces from anywhere so i can acces there from http://my host/folderOfRCP
is there option to change thet host and foder to smoe domain?

--------------------------------------------
and nex problem, on tab players there is list of players but also this comunicat:
[2010-09-02T19:45:20+02:00] [remoteCP Notice] Start index out of bound. [-1000]

using 777 isn't the best thing to do indeed... that's why I was suggesting changing the owner of the files from the account you used to import the files to user/group www-data using chown.

for the domain question, I assume that by myhost you mean your IP adress? if so it should be possible using something like dyndns
