How to save Server Settings in RCP4?

Post by Welly » 23 Dec 2009 14:48

Hi,

I'm currently using RemoteCP4 for serveral servers.
I can manage challenges, players ... It works very well.

But I don't know how to save Server Settings in RemoteCP4.
Actually, I must manually edit the dedicated.cfg file to save settings.

If I edit those settings in RCP4, and if I need to reboot the server, I loose all changes.

Could you help me please?

Thanks ;)

There is no possibility for any controller (to my knowledge) that can write settings to the dedicated config file. So to answer your question, there is no such capability in remotecp.

To visit my homepage/blog, and download the usbTMFserver, this is the place to go.

but there is a serversettings feature inside the browse plugin. this is not exactly what youre looking for, but it does the job.
Only side-effect, you have to load your saved serversetting file via remotecp, just after the serverreboot.
