Cannot spend coppers

Despite the fact my user name and game codes are synchronised, I cannot donate coppers to my favourite servers or buy new skins, any ideas?

It's telling me that my game registration number is invalid when I put in the last 3 numbers

Is it really supposed to be your game registration key or is it supposed to be the last 3 characters of your community code? (which can be found in settings -> player page in-game, I think).

Thanks for the reply, I found my community code, and that also did not work, I have now contacted the help desk in the hope to resolve this issue.
