Re: TMN:?? HowTo determine clientname ??

the ban bans the ip also, if u are baned u can create a new login and still cannot join the server until u get a new ipadress, so the posibility of affectin innocent ppl is already given...so i think that most players can change their login and reconnect to the isp very easyli, but most of the user...

Re: TMN:?? HowTo determine clientname ??

I don't know what you would need it for. if you want do ban someone, use $aseco->addCall("Ban", array($player->login)); and for unbanning $aseco->addCall("UnBan", array($player->login)); That UnBan doesn't work as it takes a ClientName instead of a Login (unless that's an error in ListMethods.html)...

Re: TMN:Aseco Plugin Votelimit

Okay, I can follow the overall steps, but that still doesn't explain why you're using low-level IXR calls instead of the standard $aseco->client->query call. Can you elaborate? What does setting up a $newclient achieve that normal calls don't? nothing at all, but my problem is that i cannot program...

Re: TMN:Aseco Plugin Votelimit

Interesting plugin. Can you explain why you're using the low-level IXR functions to initiate these votes? E.g. what does this bit of code do exactly? $aseco->client->query('SetCallVoteRatio', $callvoteratio); //execute the kick vote $newclient = new IXR_Client_Gbx(); $newclient->Init($serverport); $...

Force round end for Aseco 0.61b

One of the most useful admin commands on a rounds server is to be able to force the end of a round when nobody reaches the finish, without fully restarting the track. Yet bafflingly that command was missing from chat.admin.php in Aseco 0.61b for TMN/TMO/TMS. It is however very easy to add. Define th...

Re: Rasp 1.5 / Aesco 0.61b

I've got a different problem now. When there is a new record, it shows an empty line in TMN. Before RASP was installed there was a line viewable :( Do you know what it could be ? Those messages come from the *.xml files, specifically config.xml and localdatabase.xml. An empty output line means that...

Re: Das überfunc

It turns out there was one track with a very devious name on my server (curse you 'nap303_') that passed through the stripColors function, and when displayed (e.g. in a /list command) caused the SendDisplayServerMessageToLogin server call to fail and not display the next page. This prevented ...

Re: Updated /nextmap for Aseco/RASP v0.7

You know i do like those mods to fix the small glitches in rasp 0.7, but not having much luck with this mod, it seems to be installed fine, and the message line has been put in config.xml , but output when doing a /nextmap is empty, it just echo's an empty line? There's your problem, the message li...

Interesting alternative approach. But your code would be more readable (and copy-able) if you'd change the quote tags to code tags.

Updated /nextmap for Aseco/RASP v0.7

The /nextmap command in Aseco v0.61 / RASP 1.5 (== Aseco 0.7) for TMN/TMO/TMS has two bugs when the jukebox is empty: it doesn't work for servers with more than 300 tracks when the current track is somewhere beyond the first 300, and it fails when the current track happens to be the very last one in...

Universal help function for Aseco v0.61b

The showHelp function in Aseco v0.61b for TMN/TMO/TMS (in includes/basic.inc.php) is a bit primitive: whether you get a pop-up with full descriptions or just a simple commands list in the chat depends on the number of available commands. If it's 18 or less you get a pop-up, otherwise the chat line. ...
