With progress I mean (for example) all unlocked Tracks

I recently had a PC-Crash so that everything got deleted, except of some data that I saved (The Trackmania Folder in "My Documents").
Are these File enough to restore my progress again?
And how do I restore my progress?

I tried downloading your mod through manialink. It said complete, but the file is ojnly 12k big and when I click on it , it says "Please insert the last disk of the backup set".
