If I try to connect to the database on the Linux machine with the mysql commando with the user and password defined in the config.xml and I can conntect sucessfully. Would it be possible to protect the stupid admin? I've allready had one who removed himself from the admin list. Some kind of protection that it is impossible for you to remove yourself? As for your problem, did you create a new database or use the upgrade script. The upgrade method wasnt tested very well, so I suggest you try starting a new database to see if this gets rid of the problem. If you downloaded the linux version, please get the updated copy. I just found a mistake in the linking which could lead to a segmentation fault on linux.
