I must say, the app is actually quite done for a long time already, but due to the leak of interest i stoped working on it and did something else.

also the guy i was working with was actually not interested really much...

I cant handle this all by myself, good projects are often done by a team.

Check if you have different php.ini files for cli. the error message tells the limit is 32mb. The info might be for apache module.
